Ok...so I AM officially the worst blogger ever!  How does a full month pass between postings??  Life is melting by at warp speeds ~ I'm enjoying the moments but shocked at how quickly they slip by.



So many wonderful things happening around here and with our affiliates. Our wonderful front desk manager Melissa is back from her honeymoon.  We missed her so much while she was gone, but we're all so happy for her and Charlie her husband.



 Evan and Kelly have returned from India ~ I know they are getting geared-up to return to a schedule.  Evan's Saturday 12:30 class resumes at Indigo August 16th, and their Ashtanga Sunday class at DSY begins Sunday, August 10th.



Mark Szemkus is adding a Power Yoga class at Indigo...he will now have classes both Tuesdays AND Thursdays from 5:45pm-7:00pm.  I always enjoy this class so much ~ not exactly PURE yoga, but good things happening here for sure.



Shannon has cut his long locks off!  He went Saturday to our dear friend Jim Kernan who owns On the Avenue Salon in Davenport!  He has talked about it for almost a year and finally worked up the nerve, I guess!  It looks great ~ I'll post some pics soon.



Well...a new month is under way...I will try to keep up with the blog this month better than I have been over the summer...namaste!
