Hello chilly friends!  Hope you're all dressing in layers and enjoying this beauty!  I'm still smiling (with an earache, caffeine withdrawl and still recovering a bit from both taking care of Orion when he had stomach flu last week, and finally MY TURN with the retched illness) - and I feel happy and blessed at heart.  Just sorting out the rest...

Anyhoo...PLEASE NOTE:  Carol Mackel's 7:15pm class WILL NOT MEET TONIGHT...CANCELED!  One of her little ones is sick ~ we send them well-wishes! 
Mark's class is ON at 5:45pm if you want to try-out a Power class!  Lots of movement & poses to build strength...just breathe & listen to your body.  You'll be all right (unless, of course, you tell him you don't want to try headstand tonight....)
