Please enjoy another snow day INside as you take in all the frozen beauty that surrounds you.  Know that my season of Winter is a time for introspection, slowing down, and observing.  (When else would you take the time, really??)  Don't be cranky, my precious chilly ones...layer up and smile....

UGH!  We don't WANT to do it, but we think it's best to cancel evening classes tonight.  So, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATIONS TODAY:

• NO 5:00PM YOGA W/ABBY
• NO 6:30PM YOGA W/SHANNON

Again, we're grimacing about this as much as you are!  While at this hour the main roads are looking fine, the temperatures are said to continue to fall drastically and the winds are supposed to pick-up.  We want everyone to be safe, warm, and able to practice the next time we meet, so stay home!  We'll keep you posted on further updates...
