Yikes! Total Blog Abandonment...oops! (Entry for May 28, 2009)
Oh my ~ how does time melt by so quickly?  April was a bit of a whirlwind, but it seems the crazy-busy-ness has swept me away clear til the end of May!  You may or may not have heard that Shannon & I are expecting another baby ~ we found out in April and this news has put many other projects into overdrive...especially the search for a new house (as we are quickly outgrowing our space!)  Sooo, my sincere apologies for the total blog abandonment that has occurred over the last couple of months.  My intention is to get back on track with this blog ~ and fast!  (I'm working on starting a seperate blog all about birthing, pregnancy, nursing, and more...but I'll keep ya'll posted on that.)

SO ~ here is some of the latest news:

  • Plus Size Yoga is taking the month of June OFF but will return in July!
  • Power Yoga for Woment (with Michelle L on Saturdays) is NOW a Drop-in Class (so sign-up is no longer required.)
  • New Morning class with Michelle Gugelmeyer for the Summer!  Wednesday mornings at 9:15am ~ come and join her (drop-in!)

  • Daina is offering a couple of sign-up courses that are also open to drop-ins!  Boost Camp (Tues/Thurs in June and July ~ 9:30-11:00) AND Developing a Home Yoga Practice (5 Tuesdays in June at 4:00pm)  see website for full details!
  • New Class Rates effective June 1st:  $12 Drop-in, 6 Class Pass for $55, and the 10 Class Pass is now $80
  • We are celebrating 3 years in business!  Stay tuned for special offers in June!!

That's all for now ~ much more to come!  Be sure to check out our calendar section as well as the Special Events page on our website:  www.indigowellness.info

Come and enjoy a wonderful summer with us at Indigo!!! ~Abby

Hi Abby -

I looked up your Web site to hopefully reconnect with Indigo. Your blog abandonment pales in comparison to my yoga abandonment. It's been 3 years since I have been to Indigo. I was in a very transitionary period of my life when I first came to Indigo and found it to be a true place of peace and healing. I am ready to return and excited to learn.

I notice all the special events that are taking place. Are there plans of offering a Boost Camp in the evening for those who are not available during the day?

Congratulations to you and Shannon. I look forward to seeing you this week.

Peace to you.
