Join us for one, some, or ALL of the many workshops being offered this very special weekend.
Whether you are just beginning on your journey to self-discovery, or you're seeking more depth to your current path, there are certain to be opportunities for all during this special weekend. We will be closed to the general public, and open only to those participating in the weekend of Yoga, Shamanic Studies, Healthy Living & Aging, Fellowship, Mini-Retreat Services, Delicious AND Nutritious Foods & Drinks...ALL WEEKEND! Sign-up is required, as well as pre-registration (we are bringing in fresh foods, and space is limited in certain classes...please pre-pay with sign-up to ensure your reservation. If you must cancel, please give plenty of advance notice, so that no food or resources are going to waste...keep a conscious vibe going!!). 7:30am-9:00am: "Magickal Meditation" with Carol Mackel...Cost $15 (includes healthy food & mini-retreat services!) - In this class you’ll create a statement that you make your own mantra and create a symbol (or sigil) for. Combining the mantra, sigil, and movement in meditation creates a trance-like state that makes ‘magick’ happen and allows you to set forth your intention.
9:15am-10:30am ... Abby Webster-Moran presents: “Shining from Within—Understanding and Opening your Chakra Centers”...Cost $30.00 - Includes Chakra Stone Set w/7 Gemstones
We’ll discuss & learn about the 7 energy centers known as ‘Chakras.’ A guided meditation is included. (Limited to small class-size.)

12:00pm-2:00pm...Mark Szemkus presents: “How to Amp up your Practice...or, How to Get a Leg Up (and Over Your Head) at Home” The focus of this class is sequencing. All levels. Cost is $15
2:15pm-2:45pm...Shannon Moran “Understanding the Bandhas” -Take a deeper look at locks in this 30-minute discussion. This class is open at no extra charge to participants of any other paid workshop
3:00pm-5:30pm ... Kelly & Evan Harris present: The Ashtanga Primary Series...a rigorous but rewarding challenge for those seeking intensity. Intermediate to advanced...Cost is $15 and includes all retreat amenities!
5:30pm-6:30pm ... Tea, talk, healthy fare & fellowship. Mini-retreat amenities included! Open to all weekend participants!
