What an amazing way to connect with your body, have fun, and build confidence! I've personally been hoping to add this activity to our catalog for a long time, and I couldn't be happier to welcome instructor Jackie Gonzalez to the Indigo family. Join us for this special interest workshop as Jackie walks us through the basics. This will be a good foundation for those interested in moving on to the 8-week course that will follow...and for those who won't be expanding their practice, it will still be a great time! Light refreshments will be provided. Class size is limited, and sign-up is recommended. (There is a minimum number of participants required for class to be held - in the unlikely event that the class doesn't fill it will be cancelled.)
