Evan and Kelly Harris are offering their Yoga 101 Workshop this Saturday, July 21st and there is still time to sign-up for the early-bird rate of $15.  If you still want to come on Saturday and you haven't pre-paid you can still join and pay $20 at the door. 

This workshop is perfect for the beginner, or anyone who is looking to learn more.  Participants will be practicing the postures as well as listening to lecture and discussion.  A few spare mats are available, but if you have your own please bring it along!
